This notice explains how Sunday Office Studio ("we") processes personal data in connection with sundayofficeapp.com. The Sunday Office mobile application is covered by a separate Privacy Policy.

Joining the waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we process the email address you provide and, if you select one, your role (for example "Founder" or "Developer") to let you know when Sunday Office is available and to manage early access. We also automatically record the submission date and the page you signed up from.

This processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove your entry; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your request.

Providing your email address is voluntary but required to join the waitlist. Entries are retained until Sunday Office launches in your area or an invite is sent, and in any case no longer than 24 months after collection.

Contacting us

If you email us, we process your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message to respond to and manage your enquiry.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Where your request concerns entering into a contract with us, processing may instead be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.

Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient details to respond. Messages are retained until the enquiry and any necessary follow-up are completed. Records needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for the applicable statutory period.

Website delivery and security

Our hosting and technical providers may process your IP address, request timestamps, requested pages and browser information to deliver and secure the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Technical logs are retained for no longer than 12 months.

Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be accessed by authorised persons handling enquiries and the waitlist, and by the hosting, security, email and waitlist-management providers needed for the purposes described above — including Google, which stores waitlist entries on our behalf. It may also be disclosed where legally required. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards it offers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use cookies or similar trackers for analytics, advertising or profiling. It does not set any cookies and does not use browser storage to identify or track visitors.

Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
